We want every order to arrive as expected. Because many of our products are produced on demand, please contact us before returning any item.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page with your order details and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Size or preference changes

Eligibility for returns or exchanges due to size, colour or preference depends on the product, its condition and applicable consumer law. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return condition

Where a return is accepted, items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition unless the return concerns a defect or other issue covered by applicable law.

How to request help

Use our Contact page and include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request. Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided.
